Dr. Guo is an osteopathic acupuncturist (PA). She received her MD degree from Heilongjiang University of TCM in 1982 and completed her Master degree in acupuncture at Shanghai University of TCM in 1988. She became an attending physician in 1990 and serviced at Longhua Hospital of Shanghai University of TCM untill 1993. From 1994-2001, Dr. Guo worked at The Renal Division of Medical Center of University of Pennsylvania. Afterwards, she worked at The Anesthesia Department of Hospital of University of Pennsylvania as a clinical research specialist for three years. She started her practitioner of osteopathic acupuncture in 2007
